Policies & Guidelines

  • All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card. Your online deposit will be equal to one night stay.

  • Rooms cancelled more than 3 days before your arrival will be given a full refund. Example: if you are meant to check in on Friday, contact us by Tuesday 4pm for a full refund.

  • Rooms canceled less than 72 hours before a reservation are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first nights stay. Reservations for Friday and Saturday nights and all Summer reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day are subject to our strict cancellation rule: If we are able to rebook your room, no fee will be applied, and we will refund your stay.

  • If you fail to cancel or alter your reservation and do not show up, you will be charged for the first night of your booking, and the remainder of your stay will be cancelled.

  • Check In: 4:00 PM | Check Out: 11:00 AM.

  • Minimum check-in age is 18

  • Please be a respectful neighbor while visiting our property!

  • No smoking of any kind inside any of the rooms. If you would like to smoke, you may do so outside, provided it's not disturbing other guests.

  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum around the rooms. However, you may continue to visit and entertain within reason in The Barn after hours, located just west of the pool. We only ask that you tidy up and close the doors if you are the last one out.

  • Our swimming pool opens at 9am and closes at 9pm. Because there is not a lifeguard on duty, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment- no running, diving or horseplay please. No glass items are allowed inside the fenced area.

  • There is no daily cleaning service, but we are happy to refresh towels and take out trash whenever it's needed. Please place your trash and dirty towels outside your accommodation and we will provide fresh replacements.

  • We are staying up-to-date with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and state and local health officials to ensure the safety of our guests and team.

  • We clean all surfaces thoroughly and use extra disinfection of the most frequently touched guests room areas – examples, light switches, door handles, TV remotes, thermostats, refrigerator handles, etc.
