Eureka Springs

  A scenic 35 minute drive from the Resort. See the Passion Play and the Great Statue of Christ situated on the hillside above Eureka Springs. Go down to the historic downtown area, browse through the shops and art galleries, or take a trolley tour through this quaint 100 year old town.

  Visit Eureka Springs gardens, Arkansas' premier botanical gardens, spanning 33 acres, the informal gardens are filled with an abundance of hardwood trees, select native plants and ever-changing flora. See the beautiful blue pool and experience the true colors of the Ozarks. The gardens are situated just 5 miles west of Eureka Springs and are open all year.

 


Pea Ridge National Military Park

  The battle of Pea Ridge marked the successful end of a campaign to secure the upper reaches of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. Watch the film and visit the museum and then drive round the battle areas. Just a 30 minute drive form the resort.



War Eagle Mill 

  A working water powered grist mill, where every spring and fall the famous craft fairs take place drawing thousands of people from all over America.

  Close by is the War Eagle Cavern where you can see where scenes from the movie "Frank and Jesse" were filmed, see a huge bat colony or pan for real gemstones. Just a 20 minute scenic drive from the resort.


Branson

  With it's spectacular shows and shop till you drop outlet malls, Branson, Missouri is just 2 hours away. Home to world famous Silver Dollar City. 

Boating and water sports:

  Bring your own boat and launch it at the Rocky Branch State Park, 1/4 mile form the resort, or rent a boat or wave runner at the Rocky Branch Marina.

  The scuba diving is wonderful in our clear beautiful water of Beaver Lake. For all your boating and water sports needs visit Northwest Arkansas only pro water sports shop Ski and Sports located on Hwy 12 on the way out to the resort.

  Our own resident Joe Farkas is a very experienced Striper Guide. Give him a call at 479.640.2386 and he will tell you all about his rates, fishing on the lake and when to come for the big ones.

 

Hiking Trails off scenic Highway 12:

  • Shaddox Hollow Trail Hwy 303 a 1.5 mile loop
  • Pigeon Roost Trail Highway 12 E a 8.5 mile double loop
  • Prairie Creek Park Trail off Hwy 12 in Prairie Creek Recreation Park.
